changement Revisor. The Horizontal Vacuum Furnace (HVF Series) is designed for horizontal front-loading applications requiring baskets or fixtured loads. The circular designed hot zone provides flexibility in work volume utilization and is available in the following lines:

  • WorkHorse : Horizontal Vacuum Furnace that is used in a wide variety of applications up to 2 bar.
  • Express : Horizontal Vacuum Furnace that is used in a wide variety of applications between 6 and 10 bar.
  • Quantum Quench : Horizontal Vacuum Furnace that is used in a wide variety of applications between 10 and 20 bar.
  • 3Q Series : The Horizontal Vacuum Furnace 3Q is designed to be used in applications that require the use of a two-chamber furnace and is available in 2,6 and 10 bar.

  • Heating elements with “v” shaped reinforcement ribs, allow for rapid cooling and heating.
  • Heating elements are supported by G-M’s patented full width positive supports
  • 1 ½” double walled cooled jacket construction.
  • Gas nozzle design provides uniform cooling and ease of replacement.
  • Bottom third of hot zone has CFC face to promote longer life.
  • High Pressure quenching between 6-10 Bar (Express model).
  • Post cooler heat exchanger that provides lower gas temperatures (Express model).
