Iwo Korwin is President of Nitrex Turnkey Systems and is responsible for prioritizing corporate strategies for the sustainable growth and profitability of the company’s heat treatment systems business.

After earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, Iwo joined Nitrex Metal in 1999 and has held progressively responsible roles both in the field and at the head office in Engineering and R&D areas. In 2009, when Nitrex sought to enhance its manufacturing competency, he relocated to Poland and was instrumental in successfully setting up, overseeing, and heading the company’s manufacturing business. Today, the Polish operation has over 75 employees with a product manufacturing portfolio that includes Nitrex turnkey nitriding and nitrocarburizing systems, G-M Enterprises vacuum furnaces, as well as the production of UPC-Marathon probes, analyzers, and controllers.
