The furnace, which has an 8,000-pound load capacity and maximum work-zone dimensions of 48 inches wide x 36 inches high x 60 inches long, was installed at Paulo\u2019s St. Louis, Mo., facility. The furnace is equipped with an 800-hp cooling motor, graphite hot zones and an Allen Bradley PLC control system. Thanks to this new furnace, Paulo-St. Louis can now handle larger parts requiring vacuum heat treatment.
