The award will be presented to Prof. Michalski during the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.novatherm.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">3rd Novatherm Seminar<\/a>, taking place October 3-5, 2018, in Poland.<\/p>\n<p>Past recipients of the Hephaestus Award include Prof. Jan Tacikowski (2005), Dr. Kiyoshi Funatani (2010), Dr. George Totten (2013), Dr. Dieter Liedtke (2015), and Mr. John Hubbard, P.E.
