for all aspects of the human resources function as well as to establish a vision and direction for the full complement of core human capital programs, policies, and HR services globally. Elizabeth is passionate about providing leadership and direction in the development of HR policies that promote maximum effectiveness in the Nitrex workforce while supporting the mission, vision and values of our company. Furthermore, Elizabeth advises the CEO and the executive team on human capital management in support of the implementation and execution of key programs.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-08e4394 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"08e4394\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">PROVIDING LEADERSHIP AND DIRECTION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES POLICIES<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5add119 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5add119\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>Prior to joining Nitrex, Elizabeth worked for known companies such as Nordstrom, Rockhurst University, Ford Motor Company, and Caterpillar. Elizabeth was raised in Ontario, Canada and completed her undergraduate degree in Business Psychology from the University of Guelph as well as a degree in Education from Wilfrid Laurier University.
