Armed with a bachelor\u2019s degree in chemical engineering, he began his career at 22 in his father\u2019s heat-treating plant as a process engineer. By 24, he had shifted over to process\/recipe development and preventive maintenance. Throughout the next decade, he has worn many hats: undertaking various responsibilities in projects covering pyrometry, plant engineering, equipment specking, internal auditing and quality management assurance, key account management, business management, as well as P&amp;L management.
