been with Nitrex for over 26 years, and in his various senior management roles, he has led all aspects of Nitrex\u2019s business, including Engineering, R&amp;D, Software, Sales, and Marketing. In 2003 he was appointed Vice President of Nitrex to spearhead new business development and diversification strategies. Oleszkiewicz negotiated several key acquisitions and partnerships, which resulted in the formation of a new company United Process Controls (today UPC-Marathon), providing process control and automation solutions.
