Caterpillar, as the Senior Vice President notably responsible for the OEM locomotive business with manufacturing sites in the USA.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div to that, he worked for Bombardier Transportation, a global company in train manufacturing, for over sixteen years in several functions globally, the last being as the Vice-President Operations, heading the Bombardier-Sifang joint venture in China, one of the largest sites in the group with over 2500 employees at the time.<\/p><p>Before his time in China, he was the Vice-President for Bombardier Transportation Mexico, a business unit composed of three manufacturing sites and over 2000 employees, leading an accelerated growth while transforming the business into one of the most competitive within the company.\u00a0 Prior to that, he held various positions in Strategic Sourcing &amp; Supply Chain, notably as the Vice-President North America with a spent of hundreds of million dollars a year.<\/p><p>Jean-Francois has a diversified international experience in managing various global businesses in different contexts, from growth through restructuring, with a solid experience in business management, negotiations and projects along with an entrepreneur mindset.<\/p><p>He has also worked as a lawyer for over 3 years, holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Law, a Master\u2019s in Business Administration (MBA), speaks three languages fluently, and has lived in multiple
